The morning had started out pouring rain, but even the skies knew that nothing could stand in the way Aaron & Margaret’s wedding day. No less then 5 minutes before their first look, the last drop fell, and although umbrellas were on stand by, it was perfect weather for the rest of the day for this precious couple.  As they prepared separately, I was able to capture some of the elegant details, including these fabulous prada shoes Aaron gifted his future wife!Madison Wisconsin Wedding Photography
Madison Wisconsin Wedding Photography They graciously allotted three full hours for formal photos (a photographers dream come true!), and so we began with a private first look at the breath taking Olbrich Botanical Gardens.

I mean really ladies, could you look any more glamorous?

After we returned from photos, the wedding party tucked themselves away as guests began to arrive. The game day decision to have the ceremony outside was a perfect call; the sun even peeked out as the music began! And Aaron’s smile is enough to prove that a first look won’t take away a bit of emotion from the walk down the aisle.Madison Wisconsin Wedding Photography

Officially Mr & Mrs Boodle!

I’m grateful to Aaron & margaret for allowing  an extra 15 minutes of photos before the reception began.  With the soft evening light and the ceremony behind them, I think they are the most romantic photos of the day. Madison Wisconsin Wedding Photography Madison Wisconsin Wedding Photography Madison Wisconsin Wedding PhotographyMadison Wisconsin Wedding Photography Margaret had her dress custom made to match Aaron’s uniform, so of course we had to give it a moment in the spotlight.Madison Wisconsin Wedding Photography

I’ll end on this photo. The 16 piece big band was incredible, the food was delicious, and their favorite drinks ( dark & stormy) flowed all evening, but nothing was stood out more than the way they looked at each other as they danced the night way. Congratulations you two, we wish you enough happiness to last a lifetime!
