The weather has been teasing us a bit here in Virginia, so we’re taking advantage of the pretty days in between the rainy and chilly ones. The day of this shoot was one of those previews of summer. We took Sierra to Sunday Park, a favorite venue for capturing portraits. She’s a natural beauty, so the early evening light (known to photographers as “magic hour”) only enhanced her good looks! 
Sierra transitioned from a casual trendy look into a dressier, more formal outfit. This is something we recommend for our Seniors. It’s great to have a little of everything! 
As the sun was dipping below the horizon, we sat down on the docks to relax and enjoy the view. I couldn’t resist grabbing this last moment! Kicking off your shoes and dipping toes in the water is one of the true joys of summer, and something we hope you’ll be able to do plenty of in the coming months!
